Advance payment means that you, after entering your order, will first need to transfer the order amount to Désir International’s bank account. This could, for example, be done via your bank’s internet banking facility.
- Advance payment is safe and doesn’t result in any additional charges.
- Expect one to three days for the money to be transferred.
- Include your order confirmation’s order number when transferring the money.
- We will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt via email as soon as we have received your payment, after which we would normally dispatch the order on the very same day.

Seven day cooling off period
Désir international will allow you to exchange or return an item within seven working days of receiving your order. However, it is important that the product is both complete and unused and in its original and undamaged packaging. Products which have been damaged or used can’t be considered for exchange or refund.
You must have a returns number before you can return an item. You can request a returns number from our customer service department.. |

Step by step exchange and return plan
- Advise our customer service department that you wish to return an item.
- You will receive confirmation of your request via email.
- You will receive instructions for returning the item via email.
- Désir international will provide you with confirmation of receipt by email as soon as your item has been received.
We will either exchange the item (subject to stock) or refund the purchase amount back to you within 10 days, dependent on your requirements. |
